CAN SEA MOSS BE TAKEN WITH MEDICATION?

Yes. Sea moss can be used regularly with medication. Sea moss is a natural plant that does not contain preservatives or other harsh chemicals. HOW DO I CONSUME SEAMOSS?

HOW MUCH SEA MOSS DO I TAKE? AND HOW OFTEN?

It's recommended that you consume 2-3 tablespoons EVERYDAY.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE TOO MUCH SEA MOSS?

As with some things too much of anything is no good. If you get too much iodine it can cause thyroid gland inflammation and even cancer. Iodine overdose can cause fever, nausea, vomiting, and even coma. Simply put, if you begin taking sea moss, you should not be taking an additional iodine supplement.

Keep refrigerated and it can last up to 3 weeks when stored in a glass mason jar. When frozen, it can last up to 3 months . Make sure there is no cross contamination.
